These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the EnkySolutions, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) website and AI systems platform located at https://enkysolutions.com.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any EnkySolutions system, you agree to these Terms.
EnkySolutions provides access to proprietary AI-driven systems under a license-based access model. Access is granted, not sold.
Users do not acquire ownership of any system, software, infrastructure, or intellectual property.
Services are intended for business and professional use. By using the platform, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to bind your organization
• You will comply with applicable laws
Access to AI systems is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.
We reserve the right to:
• Approve or deny access requests
• Suspend accounts for violations
• Modify or discontinue systems
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate systems
• Share login credentials
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Use systems for unlawful purposes
• Represent Enky systems as your own proprietary software
Unauthorized sharing of access credentials may result in license termination.
Access is granted upon confirmed payment.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing, licensing duration, and features may vary by system.
AI systems provide analytical and automated outputs.
We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue increases, or financial performance.
Use of the systems is at your own discretion and risk.
All AI systems, architecture, prompts, workflows, branding, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of EnkySolutions, Inc.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
EnkySolutions, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• License expires
Upon termination, access rights immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
