All systems remain the exclusive property of EnkySolutions, Inc.
Depending on the system, licenses may be:

• Subscription-based
• Project-specific
• Enterprise custom license
License duration and scope are defined at the time of purchase or agreement.
A valid license grants:
• Access to the specified AI system
• Use of generated outputs for internal business purposes
• Access during the active license term
A license does NOT grant:
• Source code access
• Replication rights
• Redistribution rights
• Sub-licensing rights
• Transfer of ownership
All system access is subject to:
• Account authentication
• License verification
• Session-based validation
• Security controls
Sharing credentials or attempting to bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.
License holders may not:
• Resell system access
• Represent systems as proprietary software
• Reverse engineer system architecture
• Attempt to extract protected workflows
Violation may result in immediate license revocation.
EnkySolutions reserves the right to suspend or revoke licenses if:
• Terms of Service are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Unauthorized sharing occurs
Revocation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
Access automatically expires at the end of the license term unless renewed.
Renewal terms are defined at purchase or through written agreement.
All AI systems, prompts, workflows, architecture, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of EnkySolutions, Inc.
