This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of EnkySolutions AI systems.
By purchasing or accessing any EnkySolutions system, you agree to this Agreement.
Upon confirmed payment, EnkySolutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the specified AI system.
This license does not grant:
• Source code access
• Replication rights
• Redistribution rights
• Sub-licensing rights
Access may require:
• Account authentication
• License verification
• Session control mechanisms
• Security validation procedures
Sharing login credentials or bypassing validation is strictly prohibited.
You may use system outputs for:
• Internal business operations
• Strategic analysis
• Operational decision-making
You may not:
• Sell or resell system access
• Represent the system as your own software
• Extract or duplicate proprietary workflows
All systems, infrastructure, prompt architecture, branding, and proprietary logic remain the intellectual property of EnkySolutions, Inc.
This Agreement grants usage rights only.
Licenses may be:
• Annual
• Subscription-based
• Project-specific
• Perpetual (if explicitly stated)
Access expires according to license terms.
EnkySolutions may revoke access if:
• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Unauthorized sharing occurs
Revocation does not entitle user to refund.
Systems are provided “as is” without warranties of performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
EnkySolutions is not responsible for business decisions made based on system outputs.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding system usage.
